The site works fine, but umm, the design just didn’t really do it for me. It felt a bit cluttered and not super modern. I was expecting something cleaner and easier to browse.

I placed a preorder through Shop AEW, and overall, it went about as well as I expected it to. Since it was a preorder, I already knew there was going to be some waiting involved, so that part didn’t really bother me too much. It wasn’t instant or anything, but I didn’t feel like I was left completely in the dark either. Once the item was actually ready and shipped out, I got the shipping updates, which was nice because I could at least keep track of where things stood. The item showed up in good condition, packaged fine, and there weren’t any major issues with the order. I wouldn’t say the whole thing was absolutely perfect, mostly just because preorders always feel a little slow, but nothing went wrong enough for me to complain. Straightforward experience overall.

Once they did reply, the person was polite and answered my question, so that helped. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but faster replies would’ve made it a lot better.

My item was on backorder, so it takes longer than I was hoping, but Shop AEW did keep me in the loop. I got an email explaining the delay and giving me a new estimated date.

I would of liked it to come a little faster, but the communication was decent and the order showed up in good shape...

The shirt looks official, and the tags were all there, which made me feel better at first. But the print felt a bit thinner than I expected, so I couldn’t shake a little doubt. It’s not bad at all, and I still like it, but I’m just not 100% convinced.

Uh, the box came crushed and the package was torn open. The item inside looked dirty too, so it wasn’t a great first impression...

I was kind of surprised because the stuff I wanted showed up again quickly, and I didn’t feel like I was waiting around forever this time. I’d checked back a couple times while drinking coffee and half-watching some random cooking video, so maybe that helped me notice it faster, but still, the restocks seem to happen often.

The sizing was sorta right on, and the hoodie fits me really well. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Shopping on shopaew.com was mostly fine, I guess. The site felt a little slow here and there, and I had to poke around more than I expected to find size details and shipping info. Checkout worked okay in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience by any means. I just feel like the menus and filters could probably be cleaner, especially on mobile

First it gave me one date, then it changed, then there was just silence for a few days like I was supposed to sit there and practice patience against my will. The package ended up arriving a bit late. I might order again, but definitely not if I need something quickly. Their delivery tracking could be a lot more reliable...

I was trying to grab a few things from shopaew.com, the checkout process was just frustrating. Like, frustrating frustrating.

Everything seemed fine until I entered my payment details, then the page kept freezing. One time it even sent me right back to the cart like nothing had happened, so I had no idea if my order actually went through or not. That’s stressful, especially when payment info is involved.

Customer service wasn’t terrible, to be fair, but I really don’t want to battle the checkout just to place one simple order. Really hope they fix it soon.

I needed to update a few account details and it was painless. Login worked with no issues, and support replied way faster than I expected lol. Nothing was confusing, and I didn’t have to go back and forth forever. Got it sorted quick, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

I used Shop AEW for a limited edition item, i was so relieved by how smoothly it went. The access link worked right away, and I didn’t have to sit there stress-refreshing like crazy, which was a huge win.
Checkout was fast, and the confirmation email showed up almost immediately. That definitely made me feel better because there’s nothing worse than wondering if your order actually went through or if you somehow missed out.

The only small thing I’d change is having a little more shipping info earlier in the process. But overall, I’m genuinely happy with the experience and excited I managed to grab the item...

I was trying to check out in a hurry and used two different coupon codes. Both looked like they worked at first, but then the discount just disappeared right before I paid. I refreshed and tried adding them again, but same thing happened. The support page didn’t really help either. Super frustrating when the site makes it seem like the code is valid, then suddenly takes it away...

The import fees were shown upfront, so there wasn’t any surprise charge later. Which was great, because I was totally calm the whole time and definitely not waiting for some random fee to appear at checkout.

I ordered from Shop AEW not really knowing what to expect, but I was actually pleasantly surprised. The product feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy or cheap like I’ve had with some online orders before. What I received matched the pictures closely, which I always appreciate. I’ve used it a handful of times now and haven’t run into any problems, so for me it ended up being a solid purchase.

I ended up ordering from Shop AEW because they had the parts I needed when a couple other places were already out, i didn’t want to waste more time hunting around. Their inventory seemed accurate, which made me feel better about going with them. One item was marked low stock and did take a little longer to ship, but I kind of expected that, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall it was a good experience. I just wish they made restock dates a bit clearer so you know what you’re getting into before ordering.

I don’t know, the selection just felt small to me. I was hoping for more of this and that, but it all felt kind of boring and limited...

I ordered this because the pictures made it look really nice, but what showed up was darker and a lot cheaper looking in person. It’s not completely terrible or unusable, but it definitely doesn’t match what I thought I was getting. I thought about reaching out, but I usually don’t have much faith in customer service actually helping with stuff like this, so I’ll probably just keep it and be annoyed. Disappointing overall.
